XY Tool designs and builds custom collets and chucks to hold virtually any manufactured product. Our chucks are used in automotive, agricultural, and aeronautics. We supply General Motors, Ford, Caterpillar, and Daimler Chrysler among many others. We have designed chucks and collets to hold such products as valves, pistons, oil pump housings, oil pump covers, torque converters, cam shafts, brake drums, brake rotors, Electric motors, and many more.

In addition to custom engineered chucks and collets, we have introduced Samchully chucks as our in stock standard chuck line. Samchully is a certified member of the Single Part Per Million(Single PPM) quality assurance program and their pricing is typically 1/3 or more less than Kitagawa.
